Use
10s is supplied for personal, non-commercial use. It provides reaction, memory and attention mini-games.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control.
Warning
Results are indicative. 10s is not a medical device or certified test, and must never guide a health or safety decision.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the French courts after an attempt at amicable resolution.
